Our Customer’s Care
We, at Maple Valley Puppies, do not “pre-screen” our customers, but trust and expect all our new puppy customers to provide excellent care and loving homes for them. Over the past years, we have met many wonderful people, placed a good number of puppies in homes across America and have had assurance that they all went to good homes! If you feel you have done your homework on the costs associated with a new dog, have adequate living or yard space, and some time that you can devote to training and bonding with your new friend, you may go ahead and reserve one of our puppies! Our puppies are in high demand. We currently have a waitlist for both goldendoodles and bernedoodles.
Goldendoodle Price – $1975
Bicolor- black & white/tan & white/irregular markings – $3000
Tricolor/parti color bodies–$3500
Tricolor/uniform markings – $4000
Bernedoodle prices vary according to marking and color. Most of our puppies range from $3500- $4000.
Our Deposit Policy
ADVANCE DEPOSITS: You can place deposits at any time, which places you on our waiting list. If you find another puppy or for any reason decide not to get a puppy from us after all, we will refund 70% of your deposit. If you default and do not pick up your puppy, your deposit will be used to offset the cost of finding a different home for the puppy. Breed and preferably gender should be specified with the deposit so we are sure to place you on the correct list. Deposits are $400 for the goldendoodles and for the bernedoodles. Any puppies not previously reserved will be placed on the website with a ‘reserve-me-now’ paypal button.
The “Reserve Me Now” button will take you to a PayPal page where you can enter your credit card or PayPal information for the deposit of $400 and this will be put towards the purchase price. If you would rather use a Credit Card, you can also do that on the PayPal page after clicking the PayPal Reserve Me button.
Once you have completed this transaction, PayPal will email you a receipt of the puppy you reserved. Our website may not be updated immediately, and it may go until the next business day until your puppy will be marked reserved. But don’t worry, we will always honor the first deposit! If perchance, you make a deposit on a puppy that was already reserved by another person, we will give you the option to pick another puppy or promptly refund your deposit (minus PayPal fees). The balance of your puppy will be due by cash, or Paypal for an additional 2%, paid at the time of the puppy pick-up. (see below for pickup details).
SALES TAX: We are required by the State of Illinois to charge and collect 6.25% sales tax on all our retail puppy sales unless we ship out of state. So please don’t forget to include this in your total purchase price.
REFUND: If something should happen to your puppy when you have a deposit placed on it, we would let you pick another available puppy or you can use it to reserve a future puppy from an upcoming litter. Due to Paypal fees, etc, we will only refund 70% of the original deposit amount. However, as mentioned previously, if you default and never pick up your puppy, your deposit will be used to help located a new home for the puppy. We try to be reasonable and make allowances for circumstances beyond your control.
We offer several options to get your new little friend into your arms!

Our Visitation Policy
We do our best to ensure that all our dogs receive appropriate care according to the AKC Care and Conditions of Dog Policy, so we limit outside traffic through our kennel as much as we can, to help minimize the potential of someone unintentionally tracking in diseases (like parvo, giardia, etc) We welcome only those seriously interested in a puppy or you that have already placed a deposit on one, to visit our nursery and see the puppies’ parents. Please remember, it places stress on our mothers to have strangers come in to look at and handle their newborns. Thank-you for your understanding!
